Ho-Ho-Kus Firefighters Complete 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb In Baltimore HO-HO-KUS, N.J. -- The Ho-Ho-Kus Fire Department participated in a National Fallen Firefighters Foundation 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at M&T Bank Stadium, in Baltimore, on Saturday, April 16. Participants honored the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11 by climbing stairs equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center. The department also honored Prince George's County Fire/EMS Department firefighter and paramedic John Ulmschneider, who died in the line of duty that weekend. Take A Nature Photography Class At Demarest Nature Center DEMAREST, N.J. -- Cynthia Soroka-Dunn, trustee and current president of the Demarest Nature Center, will be leading a class in nature photography. The class will be open to all ages, and you'll need to bring a digital camera. The classroom-instruction portion will be in the Demarest Railroad Station, and participants will meet in the Wakelee Field Playground parking lot.
