Mary Paone, 95, Lodi Resident
LODI, N.J. -- Mary (Fanelli) Paone -- a Lodi resident, formerly of the Bronx -- died on Thursday, April 21. She was 95.
Before retiring, Paone was a nursery-school assistant at Green Mountain Early Learning Center, in the Bronx.
She is survived by her daughters, Joanne Caputo and her husband Michael of White Plains, New York, Susan Paone Ohman and her husband John of Virginia, and Camille Molinaro and her husband Salvatore of Lodi; grandchildren Michele, Sammy, Jessica, Matthew and Danielle; and four great-grandchildren.

Robert F. Lupardo Sr., 76, Park Ridge Resident
PARK RIDGE, N.J. -- Robert F. Lupardo Sr., of Park Ridge, died on Tuesday, April 12. He was 76.
Lupardo is survived by his wife, Margaret Campbell-Lupardo; children Anna, Richard and Robert Lupardo Jr.; sister Anne Marie Lupardo-Pettinato; grandchildren Jenna, Corrine, Christine, Brennan and Jack; and many nephews and nieces, relatives, and friends.
He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Alexandra.
A memorial mass was held Friday morning, April 29, at Our Lady of Mercy Church, in Park Ridge. Robert Spearing Funeral Home, in Park Ridge, assisted with arrangements.

Fair Lawn Liquor Store Sells Winning $50,000 Powerball Ticket
FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- One lottery player in New Jersey won $50,0000 in the Wednesday, April 20, Powerball drawing. The ticket was sold in Bergen County at Selrite Liquors, 17-65 River Rd., in Fair Lawn.
In addition, 43,243 New Jersey players also took home an estimated $226,464 in prizes ranging from $4 to $300, according to Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger.

Ridgewood Music, Arts Festival Honors Cancer Victim
RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Saylestock, an annual music and art festival which benefits the Matthew Sayles Foundation for Salivary Gland Cancer, will be on Sunday, April 24, in Ridgewood.

NORTHVALE, N.J. -- Richard Rene Riendeau, of Northvale, died on Wednesday, April 20. He was 79.
Riendeau graduated from Amherst College, Harvard University and Bowden College. He was a math teacher and supervisor for 35 years at Northern Valley Regional High School. He had a passion for learning and attended many summer institutes.

WYCKOFF, N.J. -- Lyda (Barbaris) De Gise, longtime Wyckoff resident, died on Wednesday, April 20. She was 95.
Born in Paterson, De Gise had been a resident of Wyckoff since 1949. She graduated as a registered nurse from Paterson General Hospital School of Nursing, in 1941. She was the very first school nurse for St. Elizabeth School, in Wyckoff, a position she held for nine years.
