Hasbrouck Heights Gets State Funds For Streetscape Work HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- The New Jersey Department of Transportation has provided over $100,000 to Hasbrouck Heights, for it to continue its Boulevard Streetscape project, NorthJersey.com has reported. The Borough faced stiff competition, getting the $116,590. There were 641 applications to the NJDOT, seeking over $250 million -- though only $79 million was available from the Transportation Trust Fund, NorthJersey.com reported.
