The unveiling marked the culmination of a lengthy process that began with months of digging and excavating, followed by the planting of honey locust, redbud and dogwood trees, along with flowering rhododendrons, azaleas, laurels and hydrangeas. Donnie Broadnax, 46, is wanted on a charge of petty larceny, police said. The charge stems from an incident that occurred in Airmont in May 2015, according to police. Broadnax is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed 230 pounds at the time of his arrest, police said.
