Woman Faces Multiple Charges After Traffic Violation In Putnam PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department has charged a 24-year-old resident of Dutchess County with driving without a valid licence and possession of marijuana, police said. The arrest came about when Deputy Sheriff William Quick stopped a motorist who had committed a traffic violation on Route 9 in the Town of Philipstown on Wednesday, Oct. 19, around 2:34 p.m., according to police. Cortlandt Man Charged Following Crash Near Route 132 In Yorktown YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Yorktown police have charged a 64-year-old resident of Cortlandt Manor with driving without a valid licence, police said. The arrest came about when an officer responded to the area of East Main Street and Pine Court near Route 132 for a property damage auto accident on Friday, according to police. Airmont Man Had Alcohol Level Twice The Legal Limit, Police Say RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo police have arrested a 56-year-old resident of Airmont on a DWI charge, police said.
