Ridgewood 'Charmed By Charity' Fundraiser Aids Lodi School LODI, N.J. -- Lodi's Immaculate Conception High School is bringing a little bling to fundraising, with it's "Charmed by Charity Soiree" at Alex and Ani, in Ridgewood, on Thursday, April 12.As you shop for Mother's Day, graduation, birthdays, anniversaries and more on this particular day, 15 percent of the sale will be donated to ICHS. New Canaan's Glass House To Present Yayoi Kusama: Narcissus Garden NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- To celebrate its 10th public tour season and the 110th anniversary of Philip Johnson’s birth, the Glass House will present Yayoi Kusama: Narcissus Garden. On view will be a new iteration of Yayoi Kusama’s Narcissus Garden. The installation is made up of 1,400 mirrored globes, each about 11 inches in diameter. The Narcissus Garden will be installed within the pastoral 49-acre landscape of the Glass House campus. The work will be on display May 1 through Nov. 30. Upper Saddle River Fire Department Had Carbon Monoxide False Alarm UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J. -- The Upper Saddle River Fire Department was was dispatched to a home on Schindler Court in the wee hours of Thursday, April 7, for a carbon monoxide alarm.The home's resident made the call around 4 a.m., when a carbon-monoxide detector went off. Chief Vierheilig, Asst. Chief Rauch and Engine 1232 responded. Crews checked the home with a meter and didn't get readings.
