RAMSEY, N.J. -- Prospective students and families are welcome to attend Don Bosco Prep's open house on Thursday, April 14.

Glen Rock Lacrosse Association Plans 10th 'LAX Day'
GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- The Glen Rock Lacrosse Association is hosting its 10th annual "LAX Day." The free, family-friendly event will be on Saturday, April 23.
The day will feature a fastest-shot contest, a lacrosse "vendors village," food and snacks for sale, kids games and lacrosse games throughout the day. In particular, a GRHS boys JV game will be at 11:30 a.m., and a GRHS boys varsity game will be at 1 p.m.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Glen Rock High School's turf fields.

Leonia To Celebrate 10th Anniversary Of 'Sculpture For Leonia'
LEONIA, N.J. -- Everyone is invited to the 10th-anniversary celebration of "Sculpture for Leonia," on Saturday, May 1.The event will include refreshments, music by the KGB Band and many of the artists, who will meet the public and talk about their works.
"We can't believe it has been 10 years since we got the idea to display public art throughout Leonia," the organizers noted. Date For Bloomingdale Fishing Contest Shifted
BLOOMINGDALE, N.J. -- The date of Bloomingdale's 16th annual kids trout fishing contest has been moved, due to a forecast for bad weather.The borough, in a Facebook post on Thursday, April 7, noted that the competition will now be on Sunday, April 10, at 11 a.m., instead of Saturday at 10 a.m.
The contest is at Bogue Pond, and is for kids from 1 to 14 years old. Arrive a half-hour early to register, and bring your own bait and tackle.
