Ridgefield Park Tennis Clinic Registration Begins In May
RIDGEFIELD, N.J. -- Ridgefield Park Recreation is offering tennis clinics this year, for a variety of age ranges, and the registration session is Thursday, May 12.The clinics are taught by tennis pros.
There are two sessions, and each has different times for the different age groups. The classes will be at Fellowship Park on Fridays. Session one is May 20 and 27, and June 3, 10 and 17. Session two is July 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29.
Here are the time slots:
6-8-year-olds -- 5-6 p.m.
9-11-year-olds -- 6-7 p.m.
12 years old and up -- 7-8 p.m.
adults -- 8-9 p.m.

River Vale's Mozart To Monet Offers Singing Class
RIVER VALE, N.J. -- Mozart to Monet is partnering with Mindy's Munchies in May, for first through fourth graders, for three Thursdays, May 12, 19 and 26.
"At Mozart to Monet, we start with children as young as 6 months and open them up to the world of music and art," said Mozart to Monet owner Louise Buzzelli.

Pack It, Park It At Wyckoff Y's Community Trunk Sale
WYCKOFF, N.J. -- Wyckoff Family YMCA is putting a new twist on the old garage sale with its "Junk in the Trunk" sale, just in time for spring cleaning, on Saturday, April 30.
"Clean out your closets and load up your trunk with clothing, furniture, kitchenware, baby items or knickknacks to sell from the back of your car or truck," organizers note.
Registration began April 1, and the registration deadline is April 25. The fee for members is $25 per parking space (or $40 for two spaces). For non-members, it's $30 for the single space and $45 for two.
