The winners are Natalie Escobar, of Smith School, Julia Bednarz, of Franklin School, and Caroline Kaprelian, of Long School. Lyndhurst Starts Preschool Program For 3-Year-Olds LYNDHURST, N.J. -- The Township of Lyndhurst Parks & Recreation Department, under the direction of Commissioner Tom DiMaggio, is starting a pre-K 3 program in September. The township is taking the step because of the success of the pre-K 4 program and interest that parents have expressed. The program will be for kids turning 3 by Oct. 1. Saddle Brook Police HQ Turns 10 SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- The new Saddle Brook Police Department building was dedicated 10 years ago, as of May 10. "The site of the current police headquarters at 63 Market St. was the former Gleason's Tavern, which was purchased by the township and demolished to build the new police facility," the department noted in a Wednesday Facebook post.
