Do note that the time for this Armed Forces Week program has changed. The program is for kids 8 and older, as well as teens and adults. Kid attendees will receive free books and bracelets. Students Undergo DUI Simulation In Old Tappan OLD TAPPAN, N.J. -- Last Wednesday, 10th-graders at Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan got a up-close view of driving under the influence, with some high-tech goggles. The students got to experience a DUI simulation with the help of "Fatal Vision" goggles, designed to create the effect of driving under the influence of substances, and golf carts. Ridgefield Park, Glen Rock Baseball Teams Clash In Staten Island RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. -- The Ridgefield Park varsity baseball team will take on Glen Rock at the Staten Island Yankees stadium on Saturday, May 21. Admission is free. The game will begin at 11 a.m., at the Richmond County Bank Ballpark, at 75 Richmond Terrace. The Ridgefield Park JSHS All Sports Booster Association is also selling vouchers for any regular-season Staten Island Yankees game, for $5 each, and 100 percent of the proceeds will go to support the varsity baseball team. The lineup is already be full -- mostly through the Facebook event page -- but come for both entertainment and goodies.
