Man, 24, Charged Again With Allowing Dogs To Run At-Large In Yorktown
YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- For the second time in a week, Yorktown police have charged a 24-year-old local man with violating a town code prohibiting dogs from running at-large.
The latest charge came about in connection with a July 9 incident in which a female walking at Turkey Point Preserve was allegedly chased, jumped upon and harassed by two dogs in the park, police report.
In a separate incident Aug. 15, park patrons were again harassed by two dogs at the preserve, authorities said.
