Man Charged With Failure To Appear In Yorktown Court YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Yorktown police have arrested a 29-year-old resident of Hopewell Junction on a bench warrant issued out of Yorktown Justice Court, authorities said. The arrest stemmed from a prior case in which the defendant, identified as Jeremy V. Rodrigues, allegedly missed a scheduled court appearance in connection with a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor, police report. Spring Valley Man Charged With DWI In Orangetown ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Orangetown police have charged a 38-year-old resident of Spring Valley with two counts of DWI, authorities said. The arrest came about following a motor vehicle stop for several alleged violations on Monday at about 3:04 a.m., according to officials.
