Suffern Man Stopped On I-87 Had BAC Twice Legal Limit, Police Say
New York State Police have arrested a 36-year-old resident of Suffern on a DWI charge.
The arrest came about when state police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for multiple traffic violations on Friday, Oct. 21, at about 11:09 p.m., according to state police.
The driver of the vehicle, identified as Robert W. Harlow, was found to be intoxicated, state police said.
Harlow was transported and processed at State Police Monroe, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19 percent, more than twice the legal limit, according to state police.

Orangetown police have arrested a 33-year-old resident of Nyack on a marijuana possession charge following an incident on Main Street, police said.
The arrest came after officers observed the suspect, identified as Rashad Williams, urinating in public on Friday, around 3:26 a.m., according to police.
In addition, Williams was allegedly found to be in possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana, police said.

ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Orangetown police have arrested a 74-year-old resident of West Nyack on a DWI charge after a car accident in Blauvelt, police said.
The arrest came about when police responded to the report of a collision that had occurred on Route 303 and Bradley Parkway on Friday, around 4:09 p.m., according to police.
