Old Tappan Farmstand Giving Away Donuts Friday
OLD TAPPAN, N.J. -- Friday, June 3, is National Donut Day, and Stokes Farm's Old Tappan farmstand is celebrating in the best possible way -- with free donuts.
From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the farmstand is handing out one donut a person, and no purchase is necessarily, though there are many items on offer, including fresh produce, herbs, plants and assorted gifts.

RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Rutherford has organized a series of free concerts this summer, in Lincoln Park.
The concerts are all on Thursday evenings at 8 p.m., and the rain dates, if needed, are the following Monday.

Ridgewood's Graydon Pool Opens Saturday
RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Ridgewood Parks and Recreation's Graydon Pool is opening this Saturday, June 4, at 10 a.m. The pool staff will also hold a meet-and-greet from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., especially to help place kids in the right swimming programs.
Hours during the regular season -- June 4 through August 14 -- are 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The pool will close early, at 4 p.m., on July 4.

Edgewater Offers Day On The Hudson, Lighthouse Tour
EDGEWATER, N.J. -- Edgewater, in partnership with American Legion Post 116, is organizing "A Day on the Majestic Hudson" on Wednesday, June 29.
The cost is $50, and includes a ferry ride, a tour of the Twin Lights lighthouses, lunch at Bahrs Restaurant and the return bus ride.
