According to prosecutors, he admitted to applying for and obtaining Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans in 2020 for two Saratoga Springs restaurants that he formerly operated. Full Closures Scheduled For Portion Of Sunrise Highway Scheduled highway closures could cause delays for Long Island drivers in the coming days. Both directions of Sunrise Highway are slated to close nightly at Ext 54 in Brookhaven for approximately five nights beginning Monday, Dec. 11, according to the Department of Transportation.
