Head-On Crash In Region Leaves Man, Woman Seriously Injured Two people are recovering from serious injuries following a head-on crash in the region. The Middlesex County wreck happened shortly after 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19, in Ashby on Turnpike Road. Ashby Police said a 2003 Cadillac Escalade was driving westbound near Greenville Road when it crossed the centerline and struck a Ford pickup truck head-on. The impact left a 43-year-old Ashburnham woman trapped in the Escalade and a 58-year-old Townsend man stuck in the pickup truck. Alert Issued For Long Island 16-Year-Old Missing Over Week Police are investigating the disappearance of a Long Island 16-year-old who has been missing for over a week. Jeamy Barrera, of Medford, was last seen at her Southaven Avenue residence on Friday, Feb. 9, according to Suffolk County Police.  A relative reported her missing on Tuesday, Feb. 13. Alert Issued For Capital Region 16-Year-Old Missing For Week Police are asking for help in locating a teenager from the region who has been missing for a week. Schenectady resident Janeliz Rodriguez, age 16, was last seen after school on Tuesday, Feb. 13, according to Schenectady Police. She is 5-foot-4 and 120 pounds with black and burgundy hair. Masked Bank Robber Flees With Cash After Targeting Capital Region Branch A robber made off with thousands of dollars after targeting a bank in the region. The Albany County incident happened at around 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, in Delmar at the Community Bank on Delaware Avenue. Bethlehem Police said an employee tripped the bank’s silent alarm after a masked man entered the branch and handed the teller a note demanding money.
