Route 22 Stretch Reopens After Crash In Armonk (Developing) A crash shut down a stretch of Route 22 in Northern Westchester on Wednesday morning.  The incident happened on Route 22 in Armonk in the area of the Kensico Reservoir on Wednesday morning, July 2, a little before 8 a.m., according to 511NY traffic data.  All lanes in both directions between King Street and Old Orchard Street were closed as a result.
