An (almost) lifelong Westchester resident, Sam has reported on all facets of Westchester since he graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in print journalism, including stints at North County News and The Examiner. A film columnist for WAG Magazine, Sam's moviegoing expertise has been profiled in the New York Times and he was a featured guest on VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live.

Treva Edwards, 60, and Christine Edwards, 63, face charges of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and forced labor in Newark federal court, US Attorney Alina Habba said. Former Rutgers Professor Had 1K Vids Of Child Porn: Feds A 51-year-old Somerset man, who previously taught at Rutgers University, was arrested and charged with possessing child pornography earlier this month, authorities said. 7 Injured In Route 80 Crash: Njsp Seven people were injured in a single-car crash on Route 80 in Warren County on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 14, authorities said. At 4:56 p.m., troopers responded to Interstate 80 West in Allamuchy after a Chevrolet passenger vehicle traveling west lost directional control and ran off the roadway, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. Hamilton Man Fatally Stabbed In Trenton: Police A 48-year-old Hamilton man was fatally stabbed in Trenton on the evening of Wednesday, May 14, authorities said. Edison Massage Parlor Raid: Tesla Seized, $600K Found Stuffed In Teddy Bear, Cops Say A raid of an illicit massage parlor turned up $600,000 of cash inside a giant stuffed teddy bear in Edison, authorities announced this week. NJ Man Killed In Mobile Home Fire: Avenel FD A 65-year-old man was killed in a fire at his Avenel mobile home early morning Wednesday, May 14, authorities said. At 4:20 a.m., firefighters responded to Hiram Homes near South Inman Avenue and North Second Street after receiving a report of a fire, Cory Spillar with the Avenel Fire Department said.
