Construction Project Closing Greenwich Road Until Middle Of August GREENWICH, Conn. -- Construction is scheduled to begin on the Old Mill Road culvert emergency replacement on Monday, July 18. The culvert is located on Old Mill Road between North Porchuck Road and Round Hill Road, approximately 180 feet east of Old Round Hill Lane.
