Police Dish Out 52 Tickets In Yorktown Enforcement Detail YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- New York State Police doled out 52 tickets during an occupant safety enforcement detail Sunday in Yorktown. The assignment took place in Yorktown at FDR State Park between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., according to officials. The majority of the tickets – 27 in all – were issued for child restraint violations, police report. Another 22 tickets were issued for seat belt violations, along with three for violations of other vehicle and traffic laws, according to officials.
