Oh, Brother: Capital Region Duo Nabbed For Stealing Plow, Police Say Two brothers are facing charges after allegedly stealing farming equipment from a property in the region. Saratoga County residents Nicholas and Lee Scoville, both of Stillwater, were arrested Friday, Dec. 22, on multiple charges. Man Hospitalized After Being Struck By Car Near Capital Region College A man is fighting for his life after being struck by a car near a college campus in the region. The incident happened at around 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26 in Schenectady near Union College. Schenectady Police said the victim was struck as he walked along Van Vranken Avenue near Kenwood Street.
