Alert Issued For Capital Region 15-Year-Old Missing For 10 Days Police in the region are asking for help in locating a missing teenage girl who hasn’t been seen in over a week. Rensselaer County resident Francis Jett, age 15, was last seen in Troy on Saturday, Feb. 17, according to East Greenbush Police. No other information was given. Suffolk County Police issued a Silver Alert for Patchogue resident William Stewart on Monday, Feb. 26. The 72-year-old, who has dementia, was last seen leaving his North Ocean Avenue residence in a taxi at around 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23. Relatives haven’t seen or heard from him since. Albany Police were called at around 10:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23, for an unconscious man inside a residence on Clinton Avenue near Henry Johnson Boulevard.
