The child arrived in a private vehicle at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson just before 10 p.m., Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. A Long Island man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself outside his Roslyn Harbor home, Nassau County Police said. Albert Lamotta, 64, was arrested on Saturday, July 12, around 6:22 p.m. after a 38-year-old woman saw him committing a lewd act outside his house at 22 Shaun Ridge, authorities said.
